Screenings and ratings of the nominated films - the citizens and Members of the European Parliament can watch and rate the nominated films and decide together the winner

LUX Audience Award Ceremony – announcement of the winner during the ceremony in the European Parliament in Brussels
Rating process
Both the public and Members of the European Parliament can rate the five nominated films from 7 October 2025 until 12 April 2026 (end of the day) on the new LUX Rating Platform. Ratings can be changed an unlimited number of times until the end of the rating period. Only the final rating will be taken into consideration.
The film with the highest total score, rated by the public and MEPs (equal rating weight of 50% each), will win the LUX Audience Award. The winning film will be announced at the LUX Audience Award Ceremony on 14 April 2026 in the European Parliament in Brussels.
