Na scenie królują papierowe dekoracje, błyszczące stroje i taniec. Z każdym dniem praca jest coraz bardziej wymagająca. W niespokojne letnie noce wychodzą na jaw trudności, z jakimi mierzy się Kalia. Jednak kiedy zapala się światło, przedstawienie musi trwać.
